Sweater processing plant refers to a series of production processes and processes of yarn made into knitted sweaters. Sweater belongs to knitted fabric, subdivision is weft knitted fabric. The garment is made of coils of yarn bent into each other regularly, and the yarn is converted into the coil in the vertical direction.

1, weaving

Sweater has a large body, back, two sleeves, pullover is four pieces, cardigan is five pieces, weaving refers to the machine to weave these pieces out. Weaving is generally divided into mobile phone weaving and electrical weaving (computer flat knitting machine). The mobile phone is the wool woven into a shirt with a hand needle machine, any flower can be woven, there is no need to sew the whole disk, because the mobile phone can weave the whole shirt, including collar stickers, chest stickers and bags, and so on.

Most of the electric woven pieces need to be cut, most of the sweater cutting bed is cut by hand, and the cylinder woven clean color cloth can be cut by electricity. Cell phone weaving rarely requires cutting, except for specific styles.

3, Overlock

Use: To prevent the cutting edge from spreading, divided into three lines and four lines. Sub-1, single layer overlocking 2, double layer overlocking.

Single stitch (commonly known as walking piece), and then sew through the seam plate. Double overlocking, that is, two layers of cloth together, and when overlocking, do not need to sew.

Mobile phone weaving only need a stitch, including cuff top stitch.

4, sewing plate

refers to a sewing equipment. The main function is to stitch pieces (including front, back, sleeve, collar, chest, bag and other accessories).

Basic methods: 1. Scraping: sew the straight line of the dead mouth. 2. Gaping eye: lock or sew the horizontal line of the raw mouth.

Type: Table basin, blue sea basin and star basin.

5, pick

Parts that cannot be stitched by hand needle and machine. Three aspects: 1, yarn removal, repair 2, pick 3, collision

6, wash water

Washing water plays a very important role in the sweater process, because the feel of the sweater is mostly controlled in the washing process.

7, ironing

Sweater ironing is very different from other clothes, because sweaters after washing water, sweaters will shrink, need to be ironed to shape the sweater and size fixed, sweater ironing needs to use steam ironing and special board to help. Procedure: Prepare two pieces of wood for sleeve ironing → steam ironing → steam ironing.
